Big News.. Gold Rush Salon Is Moving to Our Dream Location!

Well friends, the exciting and SURPRISE! news is that mid-November, Gold Rush will be moving to Lafayette! While we don’t have an exact move date just yet, I’ll let you know the moment we do. I know our current space in Boulder is beautiful, and this change may come as a surprise. That’s why I want to share with you why moving to Lafayette feels like the perfect next step for Gold Rush and me.

It has been just over a year since our last move, but this was one of those “meant-to-be” moments you simply can’t pass up. Honestly, it feels like meeting someone special when you weren’t even looking—you just know it’s right, and you can’t imagine not saying yes! This change feels really special for me. After 27 years behind the chair, my love of doing hair has never wavered- but this neighborhood has reignited my excitement for the community we build in and out of the salon. The area is filled with cool, small businesses and kindhearted owners, and it already feels like home.

I feel so grateful that Jordan will be joining me in the new space and is as excited as I am. She has been a great support and teammate for me. I am also happy to share that we get to grow our team by welcoming our third stylist, Krystal! The three of us share the same easy going energy and passion for excellence. Krystal brings a wealth of expertise with hair extensions, while Jordan and I will continue to create the natural, lived-in color you know and love.

Our new building is currently undergoing a full renovation, and I can’t wait to share the process with you. It will be an intimate space—just the three of us—designed to feel inspiring, welcoming, and a little magical.

Your support all these years has meant everything, and I know that when you walk through the doors of our new space, you’ll feel the same joy and excitement that we do!
