In order to provide the best possible scheduling options to my guests, I do require 72 hours should you need to cancel or reschedule your visit with me. If you cancel with less than 72 hours notice, 50% of the cost of your scheduled service will be charged to the card on file.
If you no call, no show your scheduled appointment I will require a 100% payment of those services and may require a deposit in order to schedule another service.
I also know we are human, and life happens. I do not enjoy charging people for missed appointments, but please remember you have reserved time with me that could have been filled with another guest.
I will send 3 reminder text messages prior to your service with plenty of time to reschedule in hopes of avoiding this policy all together.
I respect your time and I try my very best to always be ready at your scheduled appointment time, I ask the same of you.
If you are running 15 or more minutes late please be aware this will cut into our appointment time, and I may need to adjust the service to fit the remaining time.
It is my goal to always deliver the highest level of guest satisfaction. If you are having any challenges with your color or cut, please let me know within 3 days of your visit and I will be happy to make adjustments at no additional charge. There will be no refunds offered for services.
