Guest Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind our work. If your haircut or color isn't quite what you expected, please contact your stylist within 3 days of your original appointment. We are happy to schedule a complimentary adjustment to make it right.
Our goal is to refine the service we originally planned together, not create a new one. If you'd like a different color or haircut than what was discussed during your consultation, we will gladly help you book a new service.
All services are non refundable.
Time Policy
We do our very best to stay on schedule because we know your time is valuable, and we ask the same in return. If you arrive 15 minutes or more after your scheduled appointment time, we may need to adjust your service to fit the time remaining. The originally scheduled service price will still apply.
Cancellation Policy
Each stylist at Gold Rush sets their own cancellation policy. While booking your appointment, you'll be asked to review and agree to your stylist's policy through their online booking system.
We are all human, and life happens. We know unexpected situations arise, and we never enjoy charging cancellation fees. At the same time, please remember that your appointment time has been reserved just for you and could have been offered to another guest. Last minute changes often leave your stylist with time that can't be filled.
To help avoid cancellation fees, your stylist will send several appointment reminders with plenty of time to confirm, reschedule or make any necessary changes. Thank you for respecting the time we've set aside just for you.
How do I book an appointment?
Every stylist at Gold Rush books independently through their own online booking system. Visit our Meet the Stylists page to find your stylist and book directly.
Children
While we love kids, Gold Rush does not offer Children's hair services for kids under 13.
To help us create a relaxing experience for every guest, we kindly ask that children not accompany you to your appointment whenever possible. Our salon is filled with hot tools, sharp shears and professional equipment, making it a space that isn't designed for little ones to safely play or stay entertained.
That said, sometimes life happens. Several of our stylists are working moms themselves and understand childcare doesn't always go as planned. If you find yourself in that situation, please reach out to your stylist so you can decide together what will work best.
Where should I park?
We have convenient parking in the lot next to the salon, in the alley behind and on S. Public St.
What New Guest Package should I choose?
If you have long or thick hair or want a new look, we recommend The Gold Standard package. If you are unsure, reach out to your selected stylist and they will be happy to help.
